[PyCharm] Fatal Python error: init_stdio_encoding: failed to get the Python codec name of the stdio encoding Python runtime state: core initialized LookupError: unknown encoding: x-windows-949 Current thread 0x00001020 (most recent call first): <no Python frame> 에러 해결방법

아래 두가지 셋팅 해주시면 해결 됩니다 ㅎ

 

File -> Settings -> Editor -> File Encoding -> project setting -> UTF-8

 

 

File - Settings - Editor - General - Console -> Default Encoding -> UTF-8
